GMU-400
The GMU400 5 axis cnc machine tool adopts a high-rigidity fixed-beam gantry structure, which achieves machining performance and contour accuracy under high-dynamic conditions with high precision, high performance, and high efficiency. More importantly, GMU400 is also equipped with the GTRT drive cradle technology presents an A-axis 1056Nm and C-axis 432Nm. From various materials to high surface quality and even almost harsh contour accuracy required by mold manufacturing, the GMU400 can realize them all.
GMU-800
The GMU-800 series is one of the few five-axis simultaneous machining centers capable of heavy-duty milling currently. It is equipped with German high-end spindle technology and high-rigidity and high-torque gear transmission A/C cradle turntable technology. In addition, it combines precise analysis and optimization of the bed structure to easily cope with the high-speed, efficient, and high-precision processing requirements of various materials.
HMU-1500
HMU-1500 adopts a wall-mounted structure and is equipped with a high-rigidity and high-torque gear-driven turntable independently developed by Evermi. GMU-630
Applicable to molds, auto parts, aerospace, machinery, and other related industries. It is used for multi-faceted and complex parts. GMU-630 is born for molds. The cradle turntable adopts high-end mechanical transmission GTRT technology, combined with shaft core cooling HSK-A63 spindle, with a rotation speed of 20,000 rpm, achieving larger torque output, higher rigidity, and stability, as well as excellent rotation and processing accuracy.
HMU-140P
The HMU-140P horizontal five-axis machining center adopts a moving column structure. The high-rigidity mechanical linkage swing head swings around the X-axis as the A-axis, and the turntable rotates around the Y-axis as the B-axis. It uses a German GMN high-torque electric spindle, HSK A100 tool holder, and oil and gas lubrication, and the technology is mature, stable, and reliable.
